I was finally coming out of the depression of losing my father and now this just set be back to a dark sadness. Told by the folks on the phone that I needed to go to a store, went to 3 they all told me the same thing, that I just needed to remember the password and there was NOTHING that they cold do to help me.Calling the customer service, they tell me I have to go to a store to get it over ridden……then one guy tells me that I have to go to a corporate store, it is 100 miles from where I live. I have just experienced the worst customer service imaginable from the afore mentioned establishment. The manager at the Denton Highway location just frowned and said, “There’s nothing I can do.” I cannot believe those words passed the lips of a customer service representative. Perhaps this store is a poor exception to the norm. No excuse ever for such arrogant and rude behavior. I was told by the rep at 7th st and Indian School she would not replace unless I gave her ? Who do you know that has a phone that can go 3 days losing business, doctor appointments, basic survival! There is ALWAYS something one can do to please a customer. Metro PCS has just lost a customer of close to 10 years. Sincerely, David Daniel Reply Having issues getting help. And sometimes people might just be having a bad day which I totally understand but this is every time I have to deal with them. She said call customer service and that it would take 3 days there too.Im highly upset with the way I was treated as a loyal customer.Reply I had a problem with sending text messages and sending/receiving calls.
Metro PCS provides nationwide talk, text, and data depending on the plan services using GSM, HSPA, HSPA and 4G LTE networks.
I spoke to a representative who said that she would reset my phone.
I asked her would this delete my voicemail messages, and pictures, I told her I didn’t want my messages deleted, she said no.
So now I get to start over on Friday to go to different stores and see if I can get it over ridden, if not, might just have to leave this company, because they don’t care their authorized dealers are horrible in attitude and the way they talk to you. I have worked retail as well as the service industry for many, many years and cannot imagine treating a guest or customer in such a rude and thoughtless manner. I took it in and was told a new one would be ordered and would arrive in 2 days.
and now they want me to drive 100 miles to get my problem fixed…. I waited a week and returned to the store only to be told it had not been ordered. The clerk that recently waited on me goes by the name of America. I asked to speak to a manager who was equally non-caring and flippant.
